Landmark Place is a Barratt Homes development consisting of 165 apartments and luxury penthouses that overlook River Thames by Tower Bridge. For this project we installed various Curtain track systems inside the Barratt London marketing office and show home, within the large-scale complex for their regeneration programme. The Entryway, Lobby and Meeting Rooms feature decorative sheer drapery panels, exclusive to Ultrasound Blinds. The transparent fabric with pencil pleats, were styled and dressed perfectly for use with our hand-operated Curtain track systems. We also installed sleek screen fabric Vertical blind systems for additional privacy when required.
The Bedrooms feature similar sheer Curtains to add a touch of elegance and help soften the natural light in the show home. In addition to this, we installed unique hand-operated, pencil pleat Curtain track systems in a blackout fabric specified by designer Harlequin with a 100% fullness. The blackout fabric was selected to block out light and reduce outside noise for a deeper more restful sleep, in combination with the sun filtering draperies. Incorporating dual fabric shading systems for day and night light performance for the guest, creating a beautiful appearance with optimal function whenever required.
