Our Ultrasonic cutter vibrates it's blade 20,000 - 40,000 times per second and because of this movement, the ultrasonic cutter can easily cut composite materials, with a sharp and clean superior cut.
Our sealed-cut fabric edges are complete with the Ultrasonic mechanism, this ensures prevention of the fabric from fraying during it's life-time of use. With the integration of our expert welding machinery and technical knowledge, we are able to permanently bond fabric with minimalist joins and fabric wrapped hem bars, for a discrete polished finish on every product, even the largest blinds.
